I write the words that put your strategy into play.

Agencies and solos hire me to take the positioning they built for a client and bring it to life on webpages, pitch decks, talk tracks, and one pagers.

The problem

Your strategy will never see the light of day.

01
Clients won't get around to hiring a writer.

Hiring a good writer is really hard. So your blood, sweat and tears just sit in Google Drive. Or they'll just hand it to AI. And we all know how that ends.

02
Sales has no clue what just happened.

You worked with a couple stakeholders on the strategy but someone needs to make sure Sales isn't still telling the same old story.

03
You get blamed when they don't see ROI.

They leave with this great strategy. But without execution, there's no results. And even though that wasn't the deal, they're still feeling sour.

The solution

I pick up where you left off.

Extend your work across the org and into the world.

01
You know the right people
The handoff is easy.

The momentum you started continues. You make the intro and hand me your strategy. I meet with the client and then I start typing.

02
Bring it home baby
Sales gets it, too.

I review the deck, talk track and leave behinds Sales is using now, and then build a revised story based on all your hard work.

03
Celebration time
You look good to your clients.

Yeah you do. When Marketing and Sales is telling a consistent story that's based on a strong, strategic foundation, it's all up and to the right.

"I've hired Sarah for a few clients. Let's just say - There are people who understand product marketing. There are people who can write sharp copy. It's rare to find both.

It's like finding out unicorns are real.

But alas, here she is. She has a very specific talent for taking complex ideas and turning them into copy that is short, punchy, and clear without losing the relevant details. I know career copywriters who still have trouble with that. Hire her. You won't regret it."

About

I'm a writer. I'm a product marketer. And a mom (of 5!).

I got into tech as a copywriter and quickly moved into senior product marketing wrestling with really smart founders about positioning/messaging, managing launches, and enabling sales teams. Now I'm helping solos and agencies take good care of their clients by pairing their expertise with mine.

Questions

So you don't have to ask.

Why should I trust you with my clients?

I built a multiple-six figure business from nothing and ran it for a decade when my kids were young. I know my stuff (please refer to Tas' testimonial above 😉 ) and clients love how reliable, responsive, and thorough I am.

How do your referral fees work?

When I'm on the other end of referral agreements, the way I like to work is the way my offer works. When I get paid for the first client project, you get paid 10%.

What's your turntime?

Depends on capacity and size of the project. Sometimes, I can flip the work in a week. Sometimes it's a month. The client will get a date after our kickoff.

Can you write other assets too?

Yes. If it's within my area of expertise, and I have an opening. Otherwise I'll refer out.

Do you handle design?

I'm not a designer but I have one in my back pocket. If the client wants more than the wireframe, I can deliver that for a fee.

Become the go-to for strategy + execution.
